Remember the days when you could actually still wander into a second-hand or thrift store and actually stumble across a gem? The days before Ebay and the internet and Craigslist? You can barely even find beautiful, old hardback books these days without having to pay a fortune for them. Every once in a blue moon...in the smallest of towns as you happen to be traveling through...you might just across one of these beauties and pass it by...which would be heartbreaking.
