I was lucky enough to take the trip of a lifetime with my beautiful mother last month. She treated me to a Greek Vacation to help celebrate an upcoming big birthday and after the initial guilt of her taking me and not vice versa, I got over myself and off we went. During our two weeks we visited Athens, of course, Santorini, a must, and then drove on down to the Peloponnese Island and stayed in Nafplio and Monemvasia. Every place we went, every hotel we stayed in and every person we came in contact with were lovely beyond words.
